lose body fat, lose pounds and
inches, gain flexibility and develop
stamina. Isnt that everyone?
Well, we are going to take the
average Joe or Jane and teach
them in eight weeks how to run
a 5k race. Thats 3.1 miles
and yes, you can do this. We have
a nearly 100% success rate in
this program and all of those
clients said they couldnt
run or heard that running was
bad for them too! This is not
a speed class so if you can currently
run more than a mile comfortably,
then this is not for you. Doctor
permission is required and due
to the physically challenging
nature of the program, individuals
with heart ailments, bad knees
and/or bad ankles are not permitted.
A 64 day exercise and food journal,
pre-class and post-class body
fat analysis, a weekly exercise
guide and planner and stretching
handouts are provided in the registration
fee. Just bring your water bottle,
your enthusiasm, good running
sneakers and a desire to be the
person you are capable of being!
