was always in great shape
when I was younger, but
in my early 20s I
started my own business
and the gym took a back
seat to more important
things in my life.
12 years later, I was 33,
out of shape and (I didnt
know it, but) was pushing
30 % body fat! I started
at Sun Fitness doing a routine
of 45 minutes, 2x / week.
In 6 months I cut my body
fat percentage by nearly
55%. I was FEELING better-
no more Advil for headaches
every afternoon, no more
neck pain when I sleep and
no more lower back pain-
and I didnt even realize
we were targeting those

routine that was increasing
my strength, my endurance,

Having the private Studio
with Phils one-on-one
coaching is the best! I used
to be the king of going to
the gym and just kind of standing
around because I was never
comfortable with all of the
muscle heads,
I didnt know what exercises
to do and I didnt know
how 90% of the equipment worked.
I have gone from 26% body
fat to around 13% and I have
started running on a regular
basis which is something I
never did before! I now actually

has been our son Davids
trainer for nearly 5 years.
Phil continues to offer various
types of therapy for David,
which were challenging and
diversified to assist our
son in his recovery from a
traumatic brain injury. Some
of these therapies include;
gait training with walker,
working to develop upper body
strength and postural control
by using a climbing machine,
treadmill, therapy balls,
flexibility improvement and
learning to use right arm
again by throwing tennis balls
to a therapy assistance dog.
We as parents of David are
very satisfied and grateful
for Phils services.
